What Supplylines stores
Supplylines stores account, organisation, map, supplier-route, evidence-answer, consent and report data entered by users so the application can generate labour-chain diagnostic outputs.
Do not enter worker personal data
Supplylines is designed for aggregated labour-chain mapping. Users should not enter worker names, National Insurance numbers, payroll IDs, payslips, addresses, bank details, right-to-work documents, immigration documents, health information or grievance records.
Expected data
Expected data includes supplier names or anonymised supplier labels, route types, estimated labour values, aggregated worker counts, route split percentages, evidence confidence, project or region tags and non-identifying notes.
SMS login
Supplylines may send SMS verification codes to support secure account login. These messages are for account access and security, not marketing.
Deletion requests
Logged-in users can submit a deletion request from the Privacy / Data area of the application. Requests are reviewed by an administrator before action is taken.
